when negatives creep-in-when I have a commitment to keep a work appointment..and have to say "no",,,,to a lovely dinner at an charming mansion with gracious friends, complete with potluck dinner and an evening of sharing song and stories....this really lifted me out of--I'm here and I could be there enjoying
and I'm missing out..This really assists in "Let me be here now" and I can utilize this moment to the fullest possible intent for my spiritual growth! thanks for writing and expressing these thoughts to assist all on our path to wholeness... theresa -Vibrantsource
