Interesting...I never drew or painted as an adult...just one day it became very urgent that I draw...grabbed my roommates lampshade and drew a circle on a piece of poster board I had...even had fresh new colored pencils I never used...no idea how I had these things...I sat down at the coffee table threw my hands up and said...Okay God, if I'm to do this you are going to have to show me...picked up a pencil and 2 hours came back from where ever I went and it was done...poster board size. That's all it took...my only instruction on art has been, "Just play" from an artist friend of mine...that was the only lesson I've ever had for art.
I love the Sagy Art...thank you for sharing it with me. I guess I have to get a good graphics software. Barbara has been nudging me and now you are nudging me. I do have all kinds of ideas in my head for art and have not mastered how to draw light...working on that though. I know it would be easier with a graphics software. I guess I need to learn the one I just received. Sagy says she uses 3 different (drawing, photography and illustrator) methods for her art.

Thank you so much...they are colored pencil drawings on (mostly) Bristol Board paper I've done over the years; many of them I did in 1998 when I had the chance to live with my brother for 2 months and then show them in a local festival. I call them modern mandalas (as opposed to traditional mandalas).
The spiral ones are called "Multi-Dimensional Healing Wheels". They are good for a meditation tool for those who have trouble clearing their mind to meditate. Also, they are good for chakra balancing.
Wow, and you are still sane...sorry to hear abou all the losses that went on for you...I was in a bad accident about 13 years ago and still sometimes go to the chiropractor for adjustments, although not too often this past year...
