At the time of my infancy, doctors diagnosed me as being blind in both eyes. Rather than respond as expected to a regimen of standard tests, I was born instead with a distinctive ability to see and relate to "auras" (the brightly colored, electro-magnetic energy fields that emanate from and surround all beings and objects).
As a result, when the doctors moved their fingers back and forth in front of my, I did not follow the movement with my eyes. Instead, I watched the Technicolor light show that I saw taking place all around me.
Then, in an experience that can only be described as "being touched by an angel," I received an esoteric massage from a Twin Flame entity that opened the opportunity for me to adapt my unique vision to that which most people call "normal." These days, after decades of practice, I literally switch back and forth between these two innate sensibilities at will.
With proverbial brushes in hand, I also came into the world with a vivid recollection of the place I had come from, a place I call "Home World." Since childhood, I have been drawing and painting landscapes of this idyllic place with two suns and three moons. It is a world of lush abundance into which I believe Earth is gradually evolving.
In 1976, I revisited Home World when I accidentally drove my motorcycle off a cliff in Northern California and was rushed to the Emergency Room. Upon arrival, I was pronounced dead and remained so for two hours and fifty-four minutes. During that period of time, in what has become commonly referred to as a Near Death Experience (NDE), I spent 153 years on the other side in Home World. It was not until an orderly in the hospital morgue was zipping me up in a body bag that I took a renewed breath back into my physical body and resumed my life in this form.
In the years following this, my life took a 180-degree turn. For starters, I lived for two-and-a-half years with the Chinook Native Americans in the Nevada high desert and trained in the Lakota tradition as Chief White Feather's and his wife, Crawling Bear Claw's last Caucasian, Shamanic initiate. For nearly twenty years since then, I have focused on the discipline of combining art with my innate gift of serpent (transmutation) medicine. Most recently, I have become ordained as a healing minister.
With a visionary outlook and an uncanny ability to move paint, I use Tarot cards, Medicine Cards, found objects, body language and my ability to see a person's auric field as tools to read a person's energy and give life-path guidance. I also create aura drawings and paint scenes of other worldly realms and of Home World. As such, my artwork graces the homes of such recognizable celebrities as actor Dustin Hoffman, Archbishop D. Tutu of South Africa and diplomats and dignitaries around the world.
Clients, decorators, contractors and collectors say that my artwork exceeds their expectation, provokes the imagination, and touches the depths of Spirit. They also credit my images, murals, faux-finishes and architectural concepts as having healing properties.
If there's anything I can do to assist you in finding your way on your life path, or in furthering your interest in the creation, purchase or understanding of fine art, design and decorative possibilities, please do not hesitate to contact me.
This is to invite you to email me via this web site or at yohiel@yahoo.com and to discuss possible ideas and options. I gladly entertain all proposals for sales, expos and/or gala art events or exhibits to benefit nonprofit charity organizations. No project is too large or too small. Namaste.

My life's mission focuses on the design and eventual implementation of a first-of-its kind, self-sustainable, eco-architectural model that has the potential to provide a limitless source of food, energy, and livelihood for millions of on-site residents. In Las Vegas, I have been working on the adaptation of this concept for use in the hospitality industry. I also work after hours, creating various-sized fine art canvases and wood panel boards.
All this gives expression in oils, acrylics and architectural design to my global mindset, futuristic ideals and recent 8-year sojourn to Bali, Indonesia. In Bali, I worked as an artist, muralist and faux-finisher for clients such as Cafe Lotus, Rioshi Japanese Restuarant the Radisson Bali Hotel; and my artwork won prestigious, international awards.
A graduate in fine arts and design from Pepperdine University, I have often achieved national and international acclaim for my extraordinary use of color, light, and movement. Over the past 20 years, I have garnered "Best in Show" awards in several internationally juried competitions and have earned professional acclaim from the likes of Disney, Playboy, Warner Brothers and Save the Children International.
To hear me tell of my plans or recount some of my experiences, I may sound almost grandiose -- until you've viewed my artwork.
