- certified cat lover, born in Israel, raised in the States, married, daughtered, divorced, DC'ed (that's doctor of chiropractic) and now back in Israel again.
Enjoying my new challenges: working with people on line to improve their lives, especially dealing with the many ways stress can interfere with having a high quality of life.
Just launching a second project so I can FINALLY lose weight. I'm really excited about it.
I love using and teaching EFT. This work has a sizable element of channeling involved and I need to start taping myself because afterwards I can't remember what I said.

The spiral ones are called "Multi-Dimensional Healing Wheels". They are good for a meditation tool for those who have trouble clearing their mind to meditate. Also, they are good for chakra balancing.
